If disparities exist between client and Continental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Continental synchronizes Continental Employment Policies and Procedures, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Quality Assurance Program QAP), Safety Policies and Procedures, and Security Program to comply with client specific project specifications. Continental
is an experienced and uniquely qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO);
Small Disadvantaged (SDB) and Women Owned Prime Contractor and
Sub-Contractor augmented by a vast Human Resource Infrastructure to include
but not limited to highly skilled and experienced Sr. Citizen
Administrative, Managerial and Technical Key Personnel. If
