Client Selected or Provided Software Specification and
Standards In addition to providing Staffing Services (All Categories), Continental review applicable client personnel policies and procedures. If disparities exist between client and Continental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Continental synchronizes Continental Employment Policies and Procedures, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Quality Assurance Program QAP), Safety Policies and Procedures, and Security Program to comply with client specific project specifications. Whenever Continental is awarded a contract requiring close coordination and administrative support, a local office is established, staffed and operated on-site or within a twenty-mile radius of your applicable facility.
