Continental provides Staff Augmentation, Technical Support, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Human Capital Diversification ManagementTM (HCDM) and other services to DOE/DOE Contractors and Utilities/Utility Contractors (Electric, Gas, Water and Telecommunications) to include but not limited to Licensing, Construction, Start-up, Operations, Maintenance, Outages and Decommissioning.

All Continental documentation, processes and procedures are in accordance with applicable ISO 9000 Series, ANSI, ASME, NQA-1, Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s (NCR) 10 CFR-50, Appendix B and other NCR specifications/standards and Military specifications/standards.

In addition to providing personnel, Continental review applicable client personnel policies and procedures.

If disparities exist between client and Continental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Continental synchronizes Continental Employment Policies and Procedures, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Quality Assurance Program QAP), Safety Policies and Procedures, and Security Program to comply with client specific project specifications.

Continental is an experienced and uniquely qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO); Small Disadvantaged (SDB) and Women Owned Prime Contractor and Sub-Contractor augmented by a vast Human Resource Infrastructure to include but not limited to highly skilled and experienced Sr. Citizen Administrative, Managerial and Technical Key Personnel.

As a Prime Contractor during and after the construction of the Last Two Commercial Nuclear Power Plants constructed in America (Southern Company/Georgia Power Nuclear Power Plants, Vogtle 1 and Vogtle 2), Continental Technical Services (Continental), implementing a Blanket Ordering Agreement (BOA No. PAV10138) provided Engineering and Technical Staff Augmentation (All Categories); Quality Assurance Services (Auditors, QC/QI/QV); Construction Inspections (All Disciplines); I&C Design/Drafting and other personnel and services.

Continental’s Nuclear Quality Assurance Program received “ZERO” corrective action requests and “ZERO” non-conformances.

Continental never failed to timely provide any category or quantity of qualified/qualifiable personnel (Level I, II and III).
