In addition to providing personnel, Continental reviews applicable client personnel policies and procedures. If disparities exist between client and Continental personnel policies and procedures, Continental will develop, synchronize and/or customize Employment Policies and Procedures, Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), Quality Assurance Programs (including Quality Assurance Manuals and Quality Implementation Procedures), Safety Policies and Procedures, Security Programs, and other Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Manuals.

Depending upon applicable contract requirements, project duration, work location, existing or pending labor agreements and projected funding, Continental can customize one or a combination of the following staffing alternatives:
